Jos Muitjens

Jos Muitjens is an experienced HSE manager currently working at PreZero Nederland since June 2021, following the acquisition of SUEZ NL. Muitjens has held various HSE managerial roles at SITA Nederland from November 1991 to June 2021 and has operated in similar functions since 1991 across multiple companies, including Verol and Watco. Additional roles include serving as penningmeester at a sports association from June 2012 to April 2016 and as a board member from January 1995 to January 2002. Muitjens has also worked as Hoofd Kwaliteit & Milieu and KAM-manager at WATCO EcoService from 1998 to 2004 and as KAM-manager at Verol Recycling Limburg bv from 1991 to 1998. Educational qualifications include an Ir. degree in chemical technology from Eindhoven University of Technology and safety management certifications from Kader opleidingen and PBNA/TNO.
