Balázs Szakács

Balázs Szakács is a seasoned professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Science and Analytics at Prezi, overseeing a team of data analysts and leading projects to enhance data infrastructure and business processes. With extensive experience in managing data teams and implementing data-driven strategies, Balázs has held previous leadership roles at GRAPHISOFT as Director of Global Business Intelligence and at IBM as Senior Manager for Business Intelligence, where responsibilities included transforming business intelligence operations and mentoring managers. Additional experience includes organizing the Crunch Conference and driving data initiatives at Ustream and Telenor Hungary. Balázs holds an M.B.A. in Management and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
