Madhuri Rao

Madhuri Rao has a diverse work experience spanning over a period of several years. Madhuri started their career in 1993 as a Consultant at DFAIT and then moved on to work as a Vice President in Mergers & Acquisitions at The Associates. Later, they joined Citigroup as Vice President in Finance. In 2002, they became the Assistant Vice President of Finance at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, where they were responsible for developing an effective FP&A function and managing budgets and financial reporting. Madhuri then worked at Peritus Consulting, LLC as the President and at FedEx Office in financial planning and analysis roles. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Senior Director of Finance at Thomson Reuters. Madhuri then joined VER, a portfolio company of Private Equity firm L Catterton, as a Managing Director, overseeing operations finance and metrics. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Supply Chain at Rent The Runway, and in 2019, they joined Production Resource Group as the VP of Business Strategy, Finance & Analytics. In November 2021, Madhuri was promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Finance and Analytics at Production Resource Group, where they currently hold this position.

Madhuri Rao holds a Master of Management Studies degree in Finance from Carleton University. Madhuri also has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Andhra University. Additionally, they completed their MBA in Finance from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar).
