Kim Shope is an accomplished executive coach and facilitator with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching. Founded Shope On Purpose in 2018, providing coaching services to global business leaders, while also collaborating at PRI Leadership to deliver talent development programs for Fortune 100 companies. Previously served as a corporate services coach with the Hudson Institute of Coaching and as an adjunct professor at Portland Community College. Kim held several leadership roles, including vice president at the Women's Center for Leadership and senior consultant at Right Management. Before focusing on coaching, Kim developed significant expertise at PwC, where professional development and client advisory services spanned over twelve years. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master's in Public Health from Emory University, and certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
