Starla Sireno

Starla Sireno is an accomplished Executive Coach and Leadership Development Trainer with over 20 years of experience in the field. As the founder of Starla Sireno Professional Development, LLC since 2004, Sireno specializes in enhancing leadership effectiveness, managing change, and fostering resilience. In addition to leading their own firm, Sireno has been involved with PRI Leadership and Action Resources, providing coaching and training on a global scale. Past roles include Executive Coach and Core Guide at Chief, contributing member of the Forbes Coaches Council, and facilitator at the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Sireno’s earlier career included positions at Barclays Global Investors and Fannie Mae, where strong financial acumen was demonstrated. Sireno holds an MA in International Economics/Finance from The George Washington University and a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego.
