Prior to this role, Tina served as Corporate Faculty at Hudson Institute of Coaching and founded Clarity Consulting, Training & Coaching. With a background in organization development and a degree in Philosophy, Tina has a wealth of experience in facilitating coaching programs for Fortune 500 companies and leading workforce effectiveness projects.
