Sarah Pool

Sarah Pool has extensive experience in human resources, holding key positions in various organizations since 1997. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Price Bailey LLP, an award-winning accountancy and business advisory firm, Sarah leads HR for the advisory team across multiple sites. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at LGC, where Sarah was the HR lead for the Health Science and Innovation Division, and Head of Human Resources at Mundipharma Research, overseeing HR strategy for approximately 300 employees. Additional experience includes HR Manager positions at Laing O'Rourke, Taylor Woodrow Developments, and Greenalls. Sarah began her career as an HR Advisor at Comet and possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM from The University of Salford.
