Prior to this, Paul was Chairman and Partner at Healthcare Risk Partners from January 2015 to October 2019, and spent a decade as a Senior Partner at Lloyd & Partners Limited. Paul's career began at Alexander Howden in 1974, where Paul developed a diverse skill set in various lines of business.
