Steven Underwood

Steven Underwood is a seasoned patent attorney with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Partner at Price Heneveld LLP since 1999, Steven previously held the same title at Juentter, Pyle, Piontek & Underwood from 1993 to 1999. Steven's career in law began as an Attorney at Newman, Williams, Anderson & Olsen and included roles as a Patent Attorney at Keck, Mahin & Kate and as a Law Clerk at Harness Dickey and Pierce PLC. Prior to transitioning to law, Steven worked in engineering at Mazda North American Operations and Ford Motor Company, building a solid technical foundation. Steven holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy.
