Joaquin Lozada

Joaquin Lozada has worked in various roles in the real estate industry since 2010. Joaquin'sfirst role was as a Real Estate Agent at Potentia S.A., where they were responsible for property catchment, appraisals, buy & sell transactions, market studies & reports, and online marketing. In 2014, they moved to Barcelona Nextdoor as an Operations & Revenue Manager, where they were in charge of revenue management, forecasts, pricing strategies, and online marketing campaigns, as well as supervising the reception, reservations, guest service, and Housekeeping departments. In 2019, they joined The Streets Apartments as a Sales & Revenue Manager. Most recently, they have been a Product Specialist at PriceLabs since 2021. Additionally, they have been the Founder of Barcelona Superhost since 2018, providing vacation rental purchase advice and property management.

Joaquin Lozada has a diverse educational background. Joaquin attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Licenciatura in Administración y gestión de empresas, general. In 2018 and 2019, they attended the CESAE Business&Tourism School and earned an Experto en Revenue Management in Administración/Gestión de servicios de hostelería. In 2020, they enrolled in Digital House for an Online Marketing course. Lastly, they obtained an Agente de la propiedad Inmobiliaria en Catalunya certification from Institut Numància Formació in an unspecified year.
