Bart Lowen

Bart Lowen is the Vice President of Development at Price Brothers, overseeing mixed-use and commercial developments in the Kansas City metropolitan area. As the Co-founder/Partner at ONE80 Development, Bart manages the entire development process from master planning to asset stabilization. Additionally, as the Owner/Member of PLAN2 Architecture, Bart provides architectural planning and consulting services to various stakeholders. Bart also has experience as the Managing Member at LEGACY Development and as the Vice President of Development at RED Development, handling project development and management for retail projects. With a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University, Bart has a strong background in the industry.
