Kate Grusemann

Kate Grusemann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer training and organizational development. Currently serving as the Customer and Partner Training Director at Pricefx since May 2018, Kate leads a global team to drive success through innovative training initiatives. Previous roles within Pricefx include Global Senior Customer Training Manager and Education Project Manager, where Kate focused on developing training content and delivering educational programs. Additionally, Kate has founded and operated multiple ventures, including K&K mindshift and Impact Ventures RU, aimed at empowering organizational change and supporting entrepreneurs. With a strong educational background, including an ongoing Master of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King's College London, Kate has also contributed as a facilitator and coach in various innovation-focused environments.
