Florian Lethen

Florian Lethen is the founder and managing director of heidi, a platform focused on recruiting skilled professionals for the industrial and craftsmanship sectors since 2023. Previously, Florian served as an investment manager at Yttrium, overseeing HRTech investments within a €750 million growth equity fund from 2019 to March 2024. Additionally, Florian has held investor roles in several companies, including HeyJobs, PriceHubble, CleverConnect, quantilope, VMRay, and orderbird AG. Prior to these positions, Florian worked as an analyst at Deutsche Bank from 2016 to 2019, specializing in investment banking for M&A and ECM in the DACH region. Florian's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Banking & Finance from the University of St.Gallen and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management from the University of Mannheim.
