Lindsay Miller is an accomplished UX research professional with extensive experience in user experience strategy, research, and instruction. Currently serving as the Director of UX Research at Priceline since November 2019, Lindsay has established a structured user research practice and conducted generative studies to enhance traveler decision-making and optimize e-commerce workflows across multiple product lines. In addition to this role, Lindsay instructs in Design Leadership at BrainStation, fostering the development of new design and research leaders. Prior experience includes roles at Think of Us, where Lindsay contributed to research for transitioning foster youth, UXL, where mixed-methods research was conducted, and various positions at notable organizations such as the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications, Ogilvy & Mather, and Intel Corporation. Lindsay holds a Master's Degree in Library & Information Science and an Advanced Certificate in User Experience from Pratt Institute, along with a B.A. from Villanova University and a Data Analytics Certificate from General Assembly.
