Liz Dente

Liz Dente joined priceline in late 2016 as Chief People Officer. As head of People Culture, Liz looks to celebrate and grow the priceline corporate culture while managing all aspects of human resources, including organizational development, workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, learning, compensation and benefits, employee relations and service delivery.

With a background in transformative Human Resources, technology, and consumer goods, Liz is an integral member of the leadership team. She is an avid supporter of innovation and technology, and has spent over 20 years fine tuning her skills in bringing the best out of people and companies.

Before joining priceline, Liz served as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at ITT, where she laid the foundation to build a global, talent-focused culture. Prior to ITT she spent a decade at Avon Products in various HR, IT and Business Transformation Leadership roles. She joined Avon from A.T. Kearney where she was a partner in their Enterprise Transformation group, and started her career as an electrical design engineer at Texas Instruments. Liz holds a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Computer and Systems Engineering, and an MBA in Decision Science and Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Liz, and her husband Tom, daughter Bella, and son Nick are avid runners and lacrosse players, and huge fans of the beautiful beaches of New Jersey.
