Paulina Quesada

Paulina Quesada currently serves as the Associate Director of Private Label Fresh and Obs- Product Development at PriceSmart, starting in September 2023. Previously, from February 2018 to March 2023, Paulina was a Senior Product Developer for Private Brands at Walmart, where responsibilities included leading the innovation process and defining the multidisciplinary approach to product development. Prior to Walmart, Paulina worked at Compañía Nacional de Chocolates S.A.S from February 2013 to February 2018, first as Coordinadora de I+d, focusing on product formulations and management systems, and later as Quality Coordinator, implementing quality and food safety management systems. Paulina holds an Executive MBA from OBS Business School and a Licenciatura en Ingeniería de Alimentos from UCR.
