Charlene Danko

Charlene Danko has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charlene currently works at PriceSpider, starting in February 2021 as a Customer Success Manager and progressing to Senior Customer Success Manager in November 2021. In May 2022, they became a Team Lead Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Prior to their role at PriceSpider, Charlene worked at Wilton Brands from December 2013 to November 2020 in various positions, including Key Account Representative and International Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Charlene also spent several years at Entertainment Publications as a Fundraising Service Leader from August 2007 to November 2013. Before that, Charlene worked at Signs Now as an Administrative Assistant to the President from May 2005 to August 2007. Their earliest recorded work experience was at Inland Meeting & Exposition Center, where they served as the Director of Sales from July 1993 to June 1998.

Charlene Danko completed their Associate's degree in Marketing from the College of DuPage between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Social Media for Business Certificate from Harper College in 2012, and a certification in Customer Service from the same college in 2015. In 2016, Charlene became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate (Excel and Excel 2019) from Microsoft in 2020, and Content Marketing: Newsletters from LinkedIn in 2018.
