Executive Vice President at Prichett LP

Kim Webster has had a long and successful career in business development and executive roles. Kim began their career in 1993 with PRITCHETT, LP as a Business Development Consultant, where they consulted with top-tier clients to identify critical business objectives and implement organizational change initiatives. In 1999, they moved to the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University, where they served as the Assistant to the Executive Director. In this role, they oversaw and managed all course materials and logistics for PON's Executive Education Program, and worked closely with senior faculty and international figures on the development and delivery of various seminars, symposia and workshops. In 2001, they returned to PRITCHETT, LP as the Executive Vice President.

Kim Webster obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University between 1988 and 1992. Kim then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Psychology from the same institution between 1992 and 1993. Finally, they completed their education by obtaining a Ph.D. in Psychology from Texas Christian University between 1995 and 1998.
