Juan Manuel Mayén Gijón

Juan Manuel Mayén Gijón has a broad range of work experience, beginning in 2008 when they worked as a Researcher at IAA, Instituto de Astrofísica de Andalucía. In 2014, they joined eDreams ODIGEO as a Data Scientist, Pricing Manager for International markets, and Pricing Analyst. In 2018, they began working as a Freelance (self-employed) Pricing Scientist for The Top Line Lab and PricingHub. Finally, in 2019, they became the Head of Data Science at Pricing HUB, where they are in charge of leading the Data Science team in the development and improvement of the dynamic pricing solution for online retailers.

Juan Manuel Mayén Gijón obtained their Licentiate degree in Physics from the Universidad de Córdoba between 2002 and 2007. Juan Manuel then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Physics and Math from the Universidad de Granada between 2008 and 2009. Finally, they earned their Doctor degree in Physics and Maths from the Universidad de Granada and Instituto de Astrofísica de Andalucía (CSIC) between 2008 and 2014.
