Annie Davies

Annie Davies is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent engagement and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Engagement at Pride Global since October 2018, Annie manages the Engagement department, overseeing learning and development, continuing education, training, and cultural programs. Prior to this role, Annie held positions at Facebook as an R4R Recruiter and at Russell Tobin as an Associate Recruiter, focusing on recruitment for technical and leadership roles. Annie began their career at LeadDog Marketing Group, where significant contributions were made as a Senior Account Coordinator and Account Coordinator. Annie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Latin American and Iberian Studies from the University of Richmond, and studied at Saint Louis University in Madrid.
