Lauren MacPherson

Lauren MacPherson, CSP, is a seasoned training and development professional with extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Currently serving as Global Head of Training at Pride Global since December 2022, Lauren oversees the training and development of internal staff across multiple regions, including the United States, Canada, and several countries in Europe and Asia. Prior to this role, Lauren worked as a Corporate Training Specialist at Sparks Group and has held various positions at Metronome LLC, where responsibilities included recruitment and staff engagement. Lauren also has a background in real estate and social media management, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from James Madison University.
