Mrinalini Naidu

Mrinalini Naidu serves as the Global Head of Training at Etraveli Group since September 2020. Prior to this role, Mrinalini was the Founder of Soul's Chimney, a venture focused on gourmet vegan food from November 2018 to June 2020. Mrinalini's extensive experience includes positions as Training Director at Sutherland, Training and Development Consultant while self-employed, and Head of Service Excellence at Firstsource in the Philippines. Mrinalini began a career in training and development with Mphasis, holding various roles over nearly eleven years. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Shivaji University, as well as secondary and higher secondary school certifications.
