Leo Russell is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. As the Founder and CEO of Pride Global, Leo has established a robust minority-owned human capital solutions firm with a significant presence in the United States and internationally. In addition to their leadership at Pride Global, Leo Russell serves as Managing Partner at both Pride Health and Russell Tobin, offering customized recruitment solutions across various industries. Alongside these roles, Leo Russell has also been the President of Laserbridge since 1998 and has contributed to the Entrepreneur Organization and Colgate University as ex-Chairman of the Parent Steering Committee. Educationally, Leo Russell holds an OPM degree in Small Business Management from Harvard Business School and a degree from Claremont McKenna College.
