Tim Noblett has a diverse range of work experience in data and insight roles. Tim is currently working as the Head of Data and Insight at TMW Unlimited since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Market Researcher at BACKLIGHT starting in June 2021. Tim also has experience as the Founder of Equivalence Consulting, where they focused on diversity and inclusion to support organizations in improving the working experience of minority employees and driving business growth. Tim started this role in January 2021.
In 2020, Tim held volunteer positions as the Deputy Director of Marketing at Pride in London, where they were responsible for planning and delivering the annual Impact Report, conducting research, and developing insight-led brand strategies. Tim also volunteered as a Marketing Volunteer at the Naz and Matt Foundation, leading the development and execution of their annual Out And Proud Parents Day event.
From 2012 to 2020, Tim worked at TBWA London, starting as a Senior CRM Strategist before progressing to Planning Director and eventually becoming the Head of Data. During their time at TBWA London, Tim was involved in data analytics, CRM planning, and customer insight.
Before joining TBWA London, Tim worked as an Associate Director - Data Strategy at concise from 2010 to 2012. In this role, they focused on demonstrating the value of data for all aspects of communications and developing analytical solutions based on consumer understanding.
Prior to concise, Tim worked as a Data Planner at Aegis Media from 2007 to 2010, where they developed online customer contact strategies and integrated communication solutions. Tim also worked as a Senior Analyst at Carat from 2005 to 2007, specializing in customer communication planning and evaluation.
Tim Noblett received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Southampton, which they pursued from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Tim obtained certifications such as "Out and Proud: Approaching LGBT Issues in the Workplace" and "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program" from LinkedIn in August 2020 and July 2020, respectively.
