Dan Patterson

Dan Patterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and training management. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at PRIDE Industries since May 2020, Dan has previously held roles such as Senior Training Manager at Luxer One and various positions including Learning Technology Specialist and Instructional Design Manager at Mattress Firm. A strong foundation in training coordination was established during a 14-year tenure at Sleep Train, where Dan progressed through numerous roles, ultimately becoming District Training Manager. An early career at Longs Drugs included positions from Store Clerk to Warehouse Manager. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Finance from California State University-Sacramento, earned between 1996 and 2002.
