Dana Almora

Dana Almora is the current Director of Learning & Development at PRIDE Industries, Inc. Dana has been with PRIDE Industries since 2012, starting as a Corporate Trainer. In December 2019, they assumed the role of Corporate Training Manager of Leadership & Development.

Dana has over 18 years of experience in training and development. Prior to joining PRIDE Industries, they were the Contract Operations Training & Development Manager at SureWest Communications. In this role, they managed Training & Documentation teams and created training and documentation materials for various departments including Customer Care, Technical Support, Field Technicians and Management.

Dana is certified trainer for FranklinCovey, True Colors Intl, TalentSmart, and VitalSmarts. Dana has a passion for helping others develop their skills and reach their potential. In their current role at PRIDE Industries, they oversee the learning and development programs for 6,000 employees in 14 states.
