Jim Schafer

Jim Schafer is the Director of Project & Energy Services at PRIDE Industries, Inc. Jim has over 20 years of experience in project management and has been with PRIDE for almost 8 years. Prior to joining PRIDE, Jim was a Sr. Project Manager at Siemens Industry where they were responsible for facilitating, planning, and executing multiple simultaneous projects to meet business and technical objectives. Jim has also held positions as VP of Operations at Bottom Line Utility Solutions and General Manager at McBride Electric. Jim is a skilled project manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
