Karelle Hatcher

Karelle Hatcher has over two decades of experience in IT and project management, currently serving as IT Director of Project Management and Systems Analyst Manager at PRIDE Industries since May 2000, where responsibilities include managing a team of Systems Analysts. Prior roles include Business Systems Analyst, focusing on detailed analysis of manufacturing and system processes. Earlier in career, Karelle worked as a Project Consultant at Aerojet, conducting training needs analyses and developing a method for tracking activities related to PPE equipment. Karelle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and Services from California State University-Sacramento in 2000.
