Nancy Santoriello

Nancy Santoriello is the current Director of Landscape Operations at PRIDE Industries, Inc. Nancy has also previously worked as the Assistant General Manager at Western Star Nurseries from January 2017 to September 2018. During their time at Western Star Nurseries, they led a team of 20 employees to improve field practices with the primary aim to reduce waste and increase production. Nancy was also responsible for human resources, training, production and inventory management, capital expenditure planning, and accounts receivable and sales. Under their leadership, production increased by 10% during the first year.

Their manager is Jeff Dern, President & CEO. Nancy Santoriello works with Chuck Garvin - Director, Continuous Improvement, Frank Goehringer - Veterans Support Liaison, and Tim Young - VP, Talent Management.
