Kathleen Pencek

Kathleen Pencek has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kathleen began their career in 2002 as a Bom Config Analyst at Pride Mobility Products. Kathleen then joined CIGNA Healthcare in 2006 as a Claims Processor before returning to Pride Mobility Products in 2007 as a Senior Bill of Material & Change Analyst.

Throughout their time at Pride Mobility Products, Kathleen held several roles, including Project Manager, General Manager of Change Controls & Technical Publications, Director of Change Control & Technical Publications, and Director of Quantum R&D. In these positions, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in information technology, enterprise architecture, change management, project planning, and regulatory compliance.

Currently, Kathleen holds the role of Vice President of Information Technology & Enterprise Architecture at Pride Mobility Products Corporation. Their responsibilities include overseeing IT operations and enterprise architecture to ensure the company's compliance with regulations and successful global product marketing.

Kathleen Pencek pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University of Scranton between 1998 and 2002. Kathleen further enhanced their academic qualifications by earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Wilkes University from 2005 to 2009.
