Ramesh Mahalingam PMP has extensive experience in operations and compliance, as well as client services. Ramesh started their career as a Financial Transaction Executive at Perot Systems in 2004 before moving on to Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited, where they worked as an Operations Manager from 2005 to 2011. Following this, Ramesh joined Pride Technologies as an Operations Manager from 2011 to 2012, and then as a Senior Manager - Operations from 2013 to 2014. Ramesh then joined AGS Health as a Senior Manager - Client Services from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Ramesh is serving as the Director - Operations & Compliance and Center Head at Pride Technologies Consulting India Private Limited since 2015.
Ramesh Mahalingam PMP® completed their education in a chronological manner. Ramesh graduated from Bharathidasan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, which spanned from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Town Higher Secondary School and completed their 12th Std (equivalent to high school) with a focus on Mathematics and Science from 1996 to 1998. Ramesh also attended Mani Matriculation School where they achieved their 10th Std (equivalent to secondary school) with a concentration in Mathematics and Science, starting from 1984 and ending in 1996.
In terms of certifications, Ramesh holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in March 2021. Ramesh is also certified as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. The ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification was obtained from BSI in September 2020, while the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt was acquired from VarSigma Consulting in October 2017.
