Horst Fahr

Horst Fahr has extensive experience in information technology and project management. Horst has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. From 2021 to the present, Horst has been working at PrideStaff as the Vice President of Information Technology, where they plan and manages the company's information security strategy and oversees the deployment of new technology solutions. Prior to this role, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Director of Information Technology at PrideStaff, providing strategic and operational direction for IT operations and infrastructure projects.

Before PrideStaff, Horst worked at Columbus A/S as a Project Manager, focusing on the implementation of Microsoft D365 ERP solutions. Horst also has experience as an Enterprise Resource Planning Program Manager at the City of Oxnard. In this role, they guided the organization through the transformation from a legacy ERP system to the Tyler Munis ERP system.

Horst's previous experience includes roles at Agilent Technologies - Companion Diagnostics, JAFRA Cosmetics International, PrideStaff (again), QAD, AVP, and QAD Inc. In these roles, they have served as a Senior Program Manager, Senior Manager of Global IT Client Services, Senior Manager of the IT Project Management Office, and Business Development Manager - Services Sales North America.

Horst Fahr holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso. In addition to their degree, they also have certifications in the ITIL Framework from Learning Tree International and Prince2 Project Management Foundation and Practitioner from The Knowledge Academy. Horst also holds a certification as a Private Pilot for VFR Single Engine flights.
