Hugo De San Victor Rubio has extensive experience in human resources and internal communication, currently serving as Responsable de Comunicación interna y Experiencia empleado at PRIM since March 2017, where responsibilities include managing the ISO 45001 prevention system and enhancing employee experience. Previously, Hugo held senior HR management roles at CODERE, overseeing payroll processes and employee onboarding for multiple companies, and also worked in various HR functions at Cintra and Deloitte, focusing on recruitment, contract management, and employee relations. Educated at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Hugo holds degrees in Labor Relations and Workplace Sciences, and further advanced training in Occupational Risk Prevention and Digital Marketing. Currently, Hugo is pursuing a Master in Corporate Communication.
