Humberto Quero Diaz is an experienced technology and information director with a strong background in digital transformation and organizational change. Currently serving as the Director de Tecnología e Información at PRIM since November 2021, Humberto leads the integration of digitalization and information systems to align technology strategy with the company’s overall plan. Previously, Humberto held the position of CIO at Correos Express, overseeing a large IT department and transitioning the organization to a service-based model. Additional roles include Project/Process Advisor at FedEx and various managerial positions at TNT, where responsibilities included demand management, business process development, and information systems management. Humberto holds a degree from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca and has further project management education from IE Business School.
