Callum O'Connor

Callum O'Connor is an experienced UX professional with a diverse background in design and marketing. Currently serving as the Founder of Holla AI and a Mentor at Designlab, Callum also works as a Senior UX Designer at Prima, leading UX research and design strategies to optimize customer conversion. Previous roles include Experience Designer at Sainsbury's Digital, where Callum focused on prototyping and user research, and UX Designer at Betway Group. Notable achievements include significantly improving onboarding conversion rates at Pilcro and contributing design insights for clients such as Paysafe and the Mercedes AMG F1 team.
