Tommy Haghjoo currently serves as the UK Head of Finance at Prima, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Tommy worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Baird from October 2021 to July 2023, specializing in Consumer M&A. Tommy's experience includes a role as a Private Equity Associate at Deutsche Invest Capital Partners (DICP) for a brief period in 2021 and as an Investment Banking Associate at Spayne Lindsay & Co LLP, focusing on Consumer M&A from September 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, Tommy gained significant experience at KPMG as a Senior Associate in Deal Advisory, where responsibilities included buy- and sell-side financial due diligence across various sectors from October 2017 to June 2019. Early experience included an internship at Ebner Stolz in Corporate Finance and an internship in financial statement audit at EY, along with a student role focused on accounting and taxation at Schomerus & Partner. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Hochschule Fresenius, obtained in 2017.
