Alex Humberto Pardo Ardila is an accomplished production director with over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and construction sectors. Currently serving as Director de Producción at Primadera since May 2019, Alex leads resource management to meet company goals, oversees production planning and control, implements continuous improvement projects, and supervises a team of 100 personnel. Previously, Alex held similar roles at Manufacturas de Cemento S.A, and served as Jefe de Producción at Panela La Delicia, where efficient processes were established. Alex also gained experience through internships at various companies, focusing on cost systems, organizational structure, and strategic planning for quality.
