Andrian Wicaksono

Andrian Wicaksono has extensive experience in technology and customer support, currently serving as a Product Support specialist at PrimaKu since October 2025. Previously, Andrian worked at Biter Tech from May 2020 to October 2025 as an Apple & Android Technician and held dual roles at PT Sentra Vidya Utama (SEVIMA) as both Account Manager and Customer Support Agent from August 2023 to August 2025. Additionally, experience includes a position at Radjak Hospital, where Andrian transitioned from Purchasing Department Specialist to Purchasing Staff in November 2022, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and expertise in invoice management. The career began in IT support following high school graduation, with proficiency in hardware repair, network topology, and software applications.
