Jim Zeiba

Jim Zeiba has extensive experience in the textile industry, particularly in product development, business development, and global operations. Jim started their career at Polartec in 1992, where they held multiple positions, including Technical Operations Director for the Circular Knit Division. In this role, they traveled globally to address quality and production issues at various manufacturing facilities. In 2002, Jim became the VP of Product Development at Polartec, a position they held until 2012. During this time, they contributed to the development of advanced concepts and new business opportunities. From 2012 to 2014, Jim joined CoolCore as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations. Following this, they worked at Polartec again as the VP of Advanced Concepts & New Business Development. Most recently, in 2020, Jim joined PrimaLoft as the Senior Vice President.

Jim Zeiba completed their Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Mechanical Engineering Technology and Textile Technology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth between 1986 and 1990. Jim then pursued a Master's degree in Textile Technology & Management from the Institute of Textile Technology, which they obtained from 1990 to 1992.
