Rachel Shay

Rachel Shay is a dedicated hospitality professional with diverse experience across multiple roles. Currently serving as a Server at Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar since August 2025, Rachel also holds the position of Nemacolin Student Ambassador at West Virginia University, where work in the Nemacolin Lab involves consulting, marketing, and social media management. Previous roles include a Marketing Intern at Nemacolin, where contributions were made to campaigns and brand strategy, and a Math Consultant at the STEM Learning Center, assisting students in mathematics. Additional experience includes positions as a Human Resources Intern at VEKA - North America, a Print Office Worker at the WVU Library, a Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Kon-O-Kwee Spencer, a Hostess at Juniper Grill, and a Sales Associate at Plato's Closet. Rachel is pursuing education at West Virginia University, expected to graduate in 2026, following a high school diploma from Mars Area Senior High School.
