Tadeusz Kuchna

Tadeusz Kuchna has a strong background in technology and software development. Tadeusz started their career as a Programmer at M2net in 2000 and then worked as a Freelancer from 2001 to 2006. Tadeusz joined TORN as a Designer/Developer in 2006 and then moved to Serapis Sp. z o.o. as a Designer/Developer in 2007. In the same year, they worked as a J2EE Developer at Javatech. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Java Developer at Infovide-Matrix, where they implemented various projects for banking and telecommunication sectors. In 2011, they joined IMPAQ Sp. z o.o. as a Team Leader and Architect, where they designed solutions and led teams. Tadeusz also worked at Primaris as a Team Leader and Architect, responsible for projects in the banking and insurance sectors. Since January 2019, they have been serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Primaris, supporting teams, customers, and leading the internal program "Primaris Leadership Academy.

Tadeusz Kuchna pursued their education from 2000 to 2007 at the Warsaw University of Technology. During this period, they obtained a degree in engineering, specializing in IT systems engineering.
