Mark Halkias

Mark Halkias, MBA, RPA, currently serves as the Director of Portfolio Management and Director of Operations (Eastern Canada) at Primaris REIT since April 2020. Prior experience includes positions at Dream Unlimited from September 2013 to March 2020, where Mark held roles including General Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Property Manager. Earlier experience at Crown Property Management Inc. spanned from August 2008 to September 2013, focusing on property management and sustainability initiatives. Mark's foundational experience began as a Junior Maintenance Operator at Crown Property Management Inc. from June 2007 to May 2008. Academically, Mark holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, both from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
