Nadia Markova serves as the Director of Portfolio Analytics at Primaris REIT since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nadia was with Starlight Investments from October 2020 to January 2024, where positions included Manager and Senior Analyst in Asset Management. From April 2018 to September 2020, Nadia worked at Ivanhoé Cambridge as an Analyst in both Risk Management and Retail & Leasing. Previous experience includes the role of Associate at CoStar Group and Consulting Project Lead for Meal In a Jar Inc. and Fiddleheads Health & Nutrition. Nadia also contributed as a Jr. Accountant for Colorectal Cancer Canada and as a Researcher at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Educationally, Nadia holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Real Property Valuation from The University of British Columbia and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University, along with training from the Canadian Securities Institute.
