Sarah Senisterra

Sarah Senisterra, CHRL has extensive work experience in human resources. Sarah started their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Volkswagen Group, where they worked until 2008. Sarah then joined McMaster University as an HR Assistant from September 2008 to April 2009. In 2009, they joined Primaris REIT as a Human Resources Coordinator and later worked as a Human Resources Generalist from February 2015 to July 2015. Sarah then served as the Human Resources Manager at Primaris REIT from July 2015 to May 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director, People + Culture at Primaris REIT starting from May 2022.

Sarah Senisterra, CHRL has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from McMaster University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2009. Sarah also holds a Teaching & Training Adults Certificate from Durham College, which they received in 2011. Additionally, Sarah has obtained several certifications, including a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate from Queen's University (expected in 2023), a Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci (received in 2021), and a Joint Health & Safety Committee certification from the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training, and Skills Development (received in February 2020). Sarah is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) through the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, which they received in 2013.
