Aoife Delaney

Aoife Delaney is a seasoned professional in global wellbeing and benefits, currently serving as a Global Benefits Programme Partner at Primark since February 2022. Previous roles at Bank of Ireland from September 2018 to February 2022 included Wellbeing & Insights Coordinator and People Change Management Coordinator, as well as participation in an HR Graduate Programme with rotations in Culture & Engagement Management and Graduate Recruitment. Aoife holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Sociology from the same institution, complemented by an Erasmus exchange in Psychology at the University of Groningen.
