Kate Caffrey McIpd

Kate Caffrey MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Director of People and Culture for GB Retail at Primark since July 2023. Prior roles include Head of People for Retail South at Morrisons from March 2019 to July 2023, and various senior HR positions at Marks and Spencer Plc from 1997 to March 2019, where responsibilities spanned business partnering, leading people strategies, and managing complex restructuring initiatives. With a degree in International Relations and Politics from the University of Staffordshire, Kate has demonstrated a strong ability to align people strategies with business objectives, driving engagement and performance across multiple regions and stores throughout their career.
