Simon Cody

Simon Cody is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal communications and graphic design. Currently serving as the Global Colleague Engagement Manager at Primark since March 2019, Simon has successfully partnered with Central Functions and Retail teams to implement key communications initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Lidl Ireland, where Simon held various positions from Internal Communications Coordinator to Stores and Print Manager, and at Walshe Print Ltd., where Simon managed graphic design projects from inception to execution. Simon began a career in graphic design at JLJ Industrial Services, contributing to signage and print applications. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Professional Design Practice from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications from Waterford Institute of Technology.
