Raouf Khalil

Raouf Khalil is the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Primary Care Group, where Raouf has been since September 2023. Prior to this, Raouf was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TruDoc Healthcare LLC from September 2018 to September 2023. Raouf also founded Mobile Doctors 24-7 International in August 2008 and served as the company's Chief Executive Officer until August 2018.
