Prior to this, Raouf was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TruDoc Healthcare LLC from September 2018 to September 2023. Raouf also founded Mobile Doctors 24-7 International in August 2008 and served as the company's Chief Executive Officer until August 2018.

PCG integrates inpatient and outpatient care through five entry points for healthy, acute, and high-risk patients connected to our 24x7 telemedicine and telemonitoring control center. Entry points include integrated mobile application when traveling, on site virtual clinics when at the office, hospitalist program when at the hospital, 24x7 primary care at home including telemonitoring when at home as well as hospital tertiary care.
