Dale Acton

Dale Acton is a senior leader currently serving as the Director of DC Operations & Store Delivery at Primary Connect, a position held since 2023. Previously, they were the General Manager for Queensland and Big W, overseeing multiple sites and developing strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency. With extensive experience in multisite management, Dale has successfully led teams across various roles, including Southern Region Supply Chain Manager and Transport Manager for Woolworths, driving productivity and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Dale holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Australian Institute of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from James Cook University.
