Joanna Hambling

Joanna Hambling has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joanna currently serves as the Head of Risk & Resilience at Primary Connect. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at Ballarat Community Health. Joanna also worked as an Associate Director at Transport & Strategy.

Joanna's previous experience includes roles at V/Line, BP, and Cube Group. At V/Line, they held positions as a Program Director, leading strategic initiatives in areas such as governance reform and timetable changes. At BP, they served as a Regional Operating Management System Manager and a Regional Crisis & Continuity Manager, driving transformational change and enhancing business resilience.

Before their roles at V/Line and BP, Joanna worked as a Freelance Management Consultant, providing services such as project management and business development. Joanna was also an Associate at Cube Group, where they focused on external business development and project delivery.

Joanna started their career at Centrica as a Project Manager and later worked as a Service Delivery Manager.

Joanna Hambling attended Lancaster University from 2000 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Business Management with Economics (Hons). Their field of study focused on Business Management and Economics.
